Spectator behaviour in sport

Last updated: 04 Oct 2013 Topics: Parents in sport Research

Spectator behaviour in sport (PDF), a report developed by Children 1st's Safeguarding in Sport Service, presents the findings and analysis from a survey carried out with children and young people to:

  • establish their experiences of spectator behaviour in their sports
  • find out what impact poor behaviour had on them

It also includes findings from a parents survey, to hear from adults about their experiences of poor sideline behaviour.
