In July 2020, following the allegations of mistreatment within gymnastics, Anne Whyte QC was appointed to undertake an independent review of the issues that had been raised and produce a report of her findings – The Whyte Review.

In this briefing paper, we have outlined each recommendation in the report and the implications for the sports sector, including any actions planned by the CPSU.
